We use a lightbox which illuminates the product from all sides, then rotate the turntable that the product sits on, taking 36-48 crisp images per full rotation. The images are then stitched together to form a seamless GIF or .mp4 file.

We can currently shoot items up to 50cm in height, depth, and width, which covers the majority of shoes, glasses, sneakers, medium sized hand bags, homewares, and books.

Stop motion is an animation technique where you photograph static objects in a frame, moving them around in small increments while photographing each individual frame at a time.

Every photoshoot with FBS includes access to our professional creative team. We hand pick our stylists and creative team based on the requirement of your photo shoot. We have a range of inhouse backdrops and props which can be used but we can also help source additional styling if required.

The Studio includes a full-sized cyclorama for model shoots, professional product photography table and state-of-the-art photography and videography equipment. We provide basic retouching; colour matching and removal of dust spots on all images. Deep etching (background removal) and more elaborate retouching can be provided at a cost and need to be agreed prior to the shoot.

Our reception is staffed 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for product drop off and collection and we have a delivery dock for larger deliveries.

2-5 business days from shoot date depending on workload and post production requirements. If you have a hard deadline let us know (prior to the shoot) and we'll do everything we can to accommodate it.

Great question! Some of our top tips include:

• Sending products 1 week prior, to ensure we can check everything has arrived and it can be cross checked against the photo shoot list.
• Product to be sent in shoot-ready condition – make sure there are no scratches or dints.
• Send multiple products, where feasible, so there is a backup in case product is damaged.
• If you have a beauty product and are doing product smears then we recommend providing samples or testers for us to use.

YI wish there was a simple answer, but it does really depend on the product and complexity of the image.

A simple product photography shoot on white background will be quicker than a styled shoot with props and multiple backdrops.

We’ve done hundreds of shoots so set up a 15 minute chat with us and we'll be able to give you an idea of what’s involved.

Absolutely. We like to keep products until final images are delivered to you(just in case some final colour matching is required).

With limited studio space, we ask that you come and collect your products within 5 days of photo delivery, alternatively we can arrange to have them posted back to you. For longer term storage we can provide a cost estimate.

Most of our shoots operate on a full or half day rate.

For ‘simple’ shoots that don’t require a stylist we may be able to offer per image pricing.
